Highest Level Senior Care Coordination was developed after having spent an entire professional career serving older adults in multiple capacities. Social work in long term care and admissions work in skilled nursing inspired me to create Highest Level Care Coordination in a social work capacity.
My passion is to help older adults and their caregivers thrive to the best of their ability. It is tough to navigate the health care system, particularly for older adults with medical complexities, any type of memory changes and or little to no support systems.
It has proven to be highly beneficial for the individuals and families I serve. I am the professional available to help navigate the healthcare system and other barriers. I can help anyone, as an addition or in place of natural support systems.
